iPhone OS 3.1.3
iPhone OS 3.1.3 A new version of iPhone OS 3.1.3 is available for download from iTunes (plug your iPhone into your Mac/PC and check the iPhone Summary pane to update your device). It has  some minor enhancements, as well as fixes for some bugs and vulnerabilities.

The major changes are:
  • The updated platform is capable of determining an iPhone 3GS' battery charge level more accurately
  • Third-party application launch failures have been fixed
  • Support issues with the Japanese keyboard (Kana) have been fixed. Those issues could randomly cause OS crashes.
